1. Hatwanakorn National Park, Prachuap Khiri Khan

2. Khao Kho National Park, Phetchabun 

Khao Kho is a large national park located on a mountain. Recommend to visit during October - March to get the most out of the stunning scenery. Undoubtedly, the highlight of Khao Kho National Park is the abundant nature rich in various species of flora and fauna. There are many spots to visit at the national park, for example, waterfalls, rivers, and forest. Each location offers a different but equally beautiful view. Another highlight of Khao Kho is Pha Khoi Thoe Viewpoint and Pha Son Kaew Viewpoint where you can sightsee Phrathat Pha Son Kaew Temple located on a mountain next to the national park. Visitors can enjoy camping at Khao Ya and Lan Krasip Chan camping sites where you will be surrounded by serene nature and amazing view.

3. Erawan National Park, Kanchanaburi 

Erawan National Park is located not far from Bangkok and very easy to go. Visitors can ride a train to Kanchanaburi station and hop on a local bus to go to the national park. After that, walk about 1.5 km. to see the famous Erawan Waterfall. The beautiful and abundant nature along the way will make you forget the exhaustion. Erawan Waterfall is a large 7-level waterfall. Tourists can swim in a pond in some level while indulging in the serene forest. The pond is safe to swim in because the national park officers always make visitors wear a lifejacket. If you are a fan of exploring and learning about nature, you will love the Erawan Nature Trail. If you can’t see everything at Erawan National Park in one day, you can camp or stay at the national park’s accommodation.

4. Thap Lan National Park, Prachin Buri

Thap Lan National Park’s ecosystem is abundant and rich in a variety of flora and fauna. The highlight activity is releasing a seed to the forest by a slingshot at Kep Tawan Clift, only 10 baht per bag. Apart from that, there are other fun and educational activities such as trekking at a nature trail and sailing around a dam. If you are a nature lover, sightseeing the beautiful waterfall and watching the sunset are must-do activities. The national park also offers adventurous activity such as rafting. 5. Doi Suthep – Pui National Park, Chiang Mai

Many people have heard of Doi Suthep – Pui National but not everyone knows about its highlights. Doi Suthep – Pui is located in the north of Thailand so the weather is cold all year round and the national park is covered under a blanket of the sea of mist. The lush green forest and the gorgeous flower field are perfect backgrounds for taking a beautiful shot. The most must-see highlight is the blossomed Himalayan cherry flowers from December to January that paint the entire mountain into a sweet pink color.
